ABOUT JFMS |
J.Friedman
Music School (previously known as Baltimore Music School), was
founded in 1995 by Janna Friedman.
School Director Alexandra Suhoy, concert pianist, teacher, and composer, has been teaching in
the School since its establishment. Highly qualified teachers with
extensive experience from famous institutions of United States and Europe
base their teaching on the best traditions and principles. |
MISSION and |
Janna Friedman
Music School provides professional music education in Baltimore County areas
(Pikesville and Owings Mills), encourages music and art appreciation, and
promotes public performances of students and professionals. |
STUDENTS |
JFMS students have won
numerous competitions including American Fine Arts Festival and Music-Fest
Rising Talents, and performed at prestigious places - Carnegie Hall (NY), Merkin Concert Hall (NY), Italian Theater at Columbia
U-ty (NY), Princeton U-ty (NJ), and Curtis Institute (PA). Many school
graduates pursued professional music career and received full scholarships at
prestigious institutions. |
